EMERGING TRENDS OF TRANSNATIONALCRIMES

On 31 January 2024, ASEANPOL Executive Director David Martinez Vinluan delivered an online lecture on the topic: "Emerging Trends of Transnational Crimes" to 85 students of Master in Public Safety Administration (MPSA) of the Philippine Public Safety College (PPSC). The PPSC has a capstone scholarship program known as MPSA. It is a high-level policy, strategy, leadership, and global governance graduate degree specializing in public safety, internal peace and homeland
security. The MPSA was created in support to the pressing need of building a critical mass of leaders equipped with competencies to face the perennial national and global challenges brought by the Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous (VUCA) nature of public safety and security. The program is composed of senior executives in the bureaucracy, commissioned senior officers, industry leaders and policy think tanks. It serves as a platform for multi-sectoral convergence and collaboration to attain a Whole-of- Government and security challenges.
